Estimators upload architectural blueprints and Claude AI detects and counts doors, windows, shutters, and trim—targeting a 50-70% reduction in manual take-off time. Embeds the Autodesk viewer for markup, syncs with QuickBooks for costing, and stores everything in Dataverse.
Gives management a visual graph of every operational value chain—who owns each step, the handoff contract between roles, and the KPIs that prove it's working. Dual-backend abstraction lets the team switch between PostgreSQL and Dataverse without touching the frontend.
Replaces spreadsheet-based job costing with a real pricing engine. Imports legacy Excel templates and vendor PDFs, uses LLM-powered classification to match materials against QuickBooks line items, and gives estimators per-square-foot cost breakdowns in seconds instead of hours.

The shop floor's single source of truth. Pulls live job data from Dataverse and QuickBooks so fabricators always know what's in production, what's next, and where each job stands—replacing whiteboard schedules and spreadsheet trackers.
Coordinates millwork deliveries from fabrication to job site. Drivers see optimized routes on an interactive map, dispatchers assign loads and track progress in real time, and the furthest-first algorithm keeps trucks moving efficiently across Central Florida.
Automates occupancy and attendance reporting for VOA Florida's veterans programs across 10+ locations. Replaced manual PDF paperwork with digital check-ins, bed-type tracking, and export-ready reports that satisfy State and grant-entity requirements.
Scans SAM.gov opportunities and scores each one against a company's profile—NAICS codes, set-aside eligibility, past performance, geographic fit—so you know which contracts are actually winnable before investing proposal time. Real-time pipeline dashboard with agency-level intelligence.
The app that started it all. Employees clock in and out of jobs so management can measure actual labor hours against estimates in real time. Admin controls let supervisors adjust forgotten punches and toggle job visibility on the board. Running in production with 99.5% uptime since 2022, serving 10–12 daily users across the shop floor.
